The Brief: Newly launched not for profit TransitionZero wanted communications support for their debut report, which showed use cases for their satellite technnology for measuring power emissions. The first report showed that China was not on track to meet its net-zero target and showed how much China could save with a coal-to-clean energy switch.
The Result: 600+ pieces of international press coverage achieved, including tier one press coverage in Reuters. Bloomberg, South China Morning Post, Financial Times online, The Guardian, BBC and CNBC Capital Connection.

The stakeholder engagement plan led to funder Al Gore tweeting about the report and passing it onto John Kerry, who presented it to President Xi Jinping. The report is actively informing China's energy transition policy.
